It was HO's marathon competition yesterday. Though title was 'marathon', it was not a big race but a event from HO's nursery school. HM was very busy preparing meal and side dish morning yesterday.At the 7:00 PM, while I was in my work, phone bell rang. "Papa, I've arrived. Come out!" She was very excited. "Papa, I've won a gold medal in marathon race!" Wow, I got excited, also. HO said that she won the race over 10 or more other friends.
We return home and took a photo. I wanted to get big celebration for HO's first winning. But while doing the regular duty, bathing and feeding HO, I and HM become physically tired and we let the day passed as a regular day.
I feel very embarrassed now.
HO가 유치원 마라톤대회에서 금메달을 땄다. 10명정도가 달렸는데 일등을 했다고. 우와!
HO는 무척 신이 나 있었는데, 집에 와서 목욕시키고 밥먹이고 하다보니 지치고 HO도 다른 놀이를 하게되었고, 그래서 크게 축하해주고 싶었는데 그렇지 못했다.
무엇인가 일등을 해 본 적이 언제인가 싶다. 딸이 처음으로 일등을 했다. 굉장한 날이다.
축하해 줄 일이 생겼을 때에는, 만사를 제쳐놓을것. 그 순간에 축하할 것. 다짐해본다.
